We will be working with you by laying a detailed, foundational groundwork plan in which we can build from.

Why choose the R.A.I.N. “Let’s Get Started – I want to thrive” Package?  This package is for those who really just need a solid foundation on where to start.  You feel terrible and can’t figure out why.    Starting here is only going to benefit you as you receive answers regarding your digestive (gut) health, nutrition status, lab results and supplement recommendations.

Steps to start:
1. Schedule Initial Consultation Appointment with Practitioner and send payment. (Your functional tests (stool and food sensitivity) will be mailed directly to you upon receipt of payment)
2. Complete all forms and email back to practitioner.
3. Register for your Fullscript account. Click here. Email practitioner when complete so that we can add the 20% discount.
4. Once received: Complete the Stool test and Food Sensitivity test
5. Optional: See our Foundational Blood Testing section and to order this panel. Blood testing allows us to look at your different organ systems in your body and see trends and patterns of possible system imbalances.
6. Complete 5 day Food Journal and send to practitioner.
7. Once Forms, Stool test, and Food Sensitivity test completed, you will be emailed a zoom link. It is normal for your step 1 appointment time to be adjusted if needed. We have found initially setting a appointment time helps motivate clients to complete the testing.

– Initial Consultation (1 hour)
– One 45 minute Follow-Up Consultation in 2-4 weeks
– One 30 minute Follow-Up Consultation at 2 months
