Meet the Practitioner

I’m a nature girl and a health crisis survivor — a quiet, peaceful surfer, mountain lover, and desert wildflower finder. I believe in cross-training, feeling free, and God. I know how it feels to be unwell and unheard, because I walked that road and found my own way back. Now I help others do the same — putting the puzzle of chronic symptoms together and guiding you toward real solutions. I’m so glad you found your way here!

I’m a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and an Integrative and Functional Nutrition Practitioner, with functional training through the Institute of Restorative Health (IRH) and the Integrative and Functional Nutrition Academy (IFNA). I’m specifically trained in reading and interpreting lab work — stool testing such as the GI Map and more, food sensitivity panels, functional blood work, and hormone testing. I guide my clients with deep passion as we uncover the root causes of being unwell. Whether you’re facing hormone imbalances, gut issues, skin concerns, thyroid conditions, or you’re looking for foundational care through pregnancy, I’m here to help you find the root cause of your symptoms. Don’t let anyone tell you “it’s all in your head.” It’s not. There’s a gap in conventional medicine between your symptoms and their root cause — and I’m here to help you bridge it.

Caring for mothers and growing families is especially close to my heart. I’m also a childbirth educator and a trained birth doula, and I bring that whole-person, whole-family lens to the way I support women through pre-conception, pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. Nourishing a mother well — body, mind, and spirit — helps her feel strong and prepared for labor, birth, and breastfeeding, and lays a healthy foundation for her baby’s whole life. Birth work is a passion I hold close alongside my nutrition practice, and I weave what I’ve learned from it into the care I offer expecting families.

We live in a world where information is at our fingertips, and my goal is to help you use that information wisely. I don’t want you to spend years searching for the pieces of the puzzle to becoming well. Are you ready?

Our practice takes you from just surviving — beyond conventional medicine and into a thriving lifestyle of restorative health, supported by functional nutrition tools. If you’re ready to change the course of your health, R.A.I.N. — Restorative and Integrative Nutrition — is the place for you.

“Optimal nutrition, mental health, and vitality always point back to moving your body outside in the sun and eating as close to the natural state as possible.”
